Pricing, product availability, and lead times may change without notice. Installation and service work is provided pursuant to a separate written agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDRO WATER FILTERS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hydro Water Filters from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
